Expertise

Dr. Morrical received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987. His postdoctoral research at the University of California-San Francisco focused on mechanisms of recombination-dependent DNA synthesis and repair. He joined the UVM Biochemistry faculty in 1992. Dr. Morrical is also an adjunct member of the MMG department and a member of the Vermont Cancer Center. His research is funded by grants from the NIH and National Cancer Institute.
